OK, it was a little breezy but it was still a nice day to hit the golf course with the kid even if he did give me a whuppin again.

Can anyone tell me anything about clear creek? I purchased some property and there is a stream running through the property. I have been doing some research and I haven’t found any information on where to fish in this stream. I am thankful for you allowing me to be on your forum.

Have any of you guys tried Sage Performance Taper fly line? It’s my understanding that Scientific Anglers made this line for them to match their rods, just curious if any of you have first hand info on it. Thanks.

I learned how to flyfish and took a couple of classes @ 9 years ago. However, life got in the way during the last 6 years and I haven’t been able to flyfish since. I have rod/reeled with my son tons of times but b/c of his age at the time, I never cld do my own thing b/c I was teaching him. I have become VERY rusty and need to start back at the basics.

Can anyone recommend a day class that teaches just flyfishing? When I was starting out, I took the Class at Unicoi which combine teaching and fly tying. The class was wonderful and I had a blast!! However, at this point, I would just like the teaching b/c I have plenty of flies to hold me over at this point.

Or, I live in the Monroe area and if anyone is willing to hook up with me to test their teaching ablilites…I would be a very eager student! I have all the equipment needed to enjoy my hobby….just not the knowledge. I am sure it is somewhere back there in my 44 yr. old brain….kinda like riding a bike…let’s hope! :rolleyes:
