Stuart Anderson who owns the Canadian Tube Fly Company, asking me to come up with a pattern. All the patterns I made were for European salmon but I wonder if they would translate to American Steelhead in particular the West coast verity. If any one is interested in trying one let me know just what colors to use (I paint the tubes myself) and who/where to mail it when finished.

TWO Yellow Para Adams inspired by my recent trip to the mountains renewed a long lost affection for the parachute Adams. So, I decided to tie a few up and snap a couple shots of them. Historically, I fished the traditional gray parachute Adams extensively, but I am developing a liking of the yellow cousin below.
Recipe:
Hook: #16 TMC100
Tail: Grizzly & Brown Hackle Fibers Blended
Wing: White poly yarn
Body: Sulfur and Cream Dry Fly Dubbing Blended
Thread: Uni thread 8/0 Lt. Cahill
