Finally made it out 3/9/10
Had some free time today so I hit my local TMA with the plan of doing some nymphing which I did but I was unsuccessful. I had seen some fish so I decided to switch to old faithful. Olive woolly bugger and I started to pick up some fish. Most hit while drifting the bugger or letting it hang in the current and light twitches. Landed 6 (4 bows 2 browns) and missed two more. One violent take but most were much lighter. Saw some rises and some stones hatching. A few were pretty good sized as well. Water was just touching the 39 mark. All fish were new stockers and typical cookie cutter size. Definitely nice to be out and into some fish finally.
