I had a renter move off a couple of years back, and left owing me over $2000.00 in rent and damages. I got a court judgement against her for the amount plus interest, but she moved off and I don’t even know for sure where she is. I talked to one collection agency a while back, and they wanted 50% to collect. Is that my best option? Are there other means available?? (I don’t have any mafia members in my family that I’m aware of:biggrin:)
