has anyone been keeping up with Obama’s new federal strategy that could prohibit U.S. citizens from fishing some of the nation’s oceans, coastal areas, Great Lakes, and even inland waters?
This article stirred that pot today! Just curious if anyone here was paying attention, given all the Utah politics surrounding these issues lately. What does all this mean and how real do you think it is?
