Advice on z-axis choice would really help.

I know there is a ton of experience on this forum regarding both the Sage z-axis rod in general and the nature of a real good White River nymph rod.  So, I thought I would tell you where my thought process is now, and see what you can add to my information set so I can make the best possible use of my limited retirement money in an upcoming rod purchase.

Based on JW’s suggestion a year or so ago, I added the 10 foot, 4 weight z-axis to my small rod collection.  I have found his thoughts regarding this rod to be “right on the money” for me, and it has become my primary nymph rod (for indicator fishing) on the White and Norfork — except on those days when I know there will be quite a bit of wind and/or I will need to make relatively long casts.  I also used this 4wt. rod for fishing the Madison River in Montana this past summer and found it to be excellect for that purpose.
